From honey-and-lemon remedies to mindful living — let’s thrive together.
Hi, I’m Hong Meng—the curious mind and passionate heart behind Radiant Pathways.
I believe wellness should feel natural, empowering, and yes—even a little fun. My journey into holistic health began unexpectedly when I discovered, quite by accident, that 100 days of vegan eating completely healed my prawn allergy—something I’d lived with since I was a preteen. That moment flipped a switch in me. If my body could do that on its own, what else was possible?
Since then, I’ve been exploring the many ways we can support our body, mind, and spirit to thrive—without over-complicating things. I’m the type who reaches for honey and lemon instead of lozenges, and who gets genuinely excited about turning kitchen ingredients into soothing skincare. Over the years, I’ve experimented with healthy cooking, natural remedies, yoga, meditation, and other practices that nurture the mind, body and spirit.
Radiant Pathways is where I share what I’ve learned (and continue to discover)—in a way that’s easy to understand, practical to apply, and inspiring enough to make you want to try it for yourself. My goal isn’t just to inform you—it’s to spark your curiosity, ignite your confidence, and remind you how powerful your body and mind truly are.
A quick note: I’m not a doctor or health professional, and nothing I share is meant to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice. Think of Radiant Pathways as a space for information, inspiration, and ideas—a place to explore what might work for you. When in doubt, please consult a qualified health professional before making decisions about your health.
If you believe that health isn’t just about avoiding sickness but about living vibrantly, you’re in the right place. Let’s explore the art of feeling good—in a way that feels right for you.
Everything on this site is meant to spark ideas and curiosity—not replace professional health/medical advice. Your health is unique, so check in with a trusted healthcare professional when making decisions for your well-being.
